Xtreme Life

Life is full of thrills & frills – people are constantly looking for that next high and seeking to find fulfillment.  Most of us want to get the most out of life and live it to the fullest.  In the world of sports they call it Xgames— Extreme sports.  They are played by athletes who hold nothing back to perform and play their sports with extreme effort and find that they in turn receive extreme fulfillment.  This is the type of passion that God would have for us to pursue in our life with Him, and in turn we will find an Extreme  fulfillment—unparalleled by anything else. In the Old Testament a leader named Joshua told his followers how they could live the extreme life in the promised land – “… love the Lord your God, and to walk in all his ways and to keep his commandments and to cling to him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul…” Joshua 22:5.  In the New Testament, in John 10:10, Jesus said that He came that we might have life and have it abundantly – XTREME Life!!!  But the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy.  God wants us to find the fulfillment that we seek and has provided the means and the path for us to live it, but we often miss it because we try to get it in the wrong way or because we are afraid to go “ALL IN” with God.  Take the Risk and receive the Reward – XTREME Life – this is no game and you cannot lose if you love God, follow Him, hold fast & not let Him go, and serve Him with everything!!!
